Refund & Return Policy

At DreamzKey, we are committed to providing high-quality online learning experiences. As we offer digital courses, there are specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

Since our products are digitally delivered (online courses), there is no return option once a course is assigned and accessed. Digital goods cannot be returned like physical items.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under limited conditions only. You may be eligible for a full refund if the following criteria are met:

  • The purchased course was not assigned to your account within 24 hours of payment.

  • You were unable to access the course due to a technical issue caused by DreamzKey.

  • You request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, and you have not accessed the course even once.

⚠️ No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • The course has been accessed (even partially).

  • The refund request is made after 30 days from purchase.

  • The issue is not reported within the eligibility period.

3. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are issued only when the entire order qualifies under the refund criteria.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Make sure to include your Order ID, registered email address, and the reason for your request. Refunds are only processed for requests submitted through our official communication channels.

5. Refund Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., card, UPI, net banking). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Updates to This Policy

DreamzKey reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
